God wants to take your sorrow and trade it for peace. When we seek God’s purpose in the grief and pain, He opens our eyes to his mercy and grace in our lives. Nothing can separate you from the love of God. Lean on Him when you need Him to hold you up.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. – 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. – 1 Peter 5:7

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. – John 14:27
